Sync artwork
https://github.com/coala/artwork/pull/41 has been merged, which will result in CI failing here.
And after this file is sync'd, all repos which generate sphinx doc will also need this sync'd .. ;-)
I think it is only:
- coala
- documentation
- coala-pyflakes
- coala-antlr
As we have just done a sync, and this is a very low priority change, we should avoid unnecessary sync's.

coala-pyflakes sync hasnt been merged, so its MR can be updated to include the extra file

coala-antlr sync hasnt been merged, so its MR can be updated.

coala CI doesnt fail if a file isnt sync'd so that one doesnt need to be done immediately.

documentation CI may not fail if moban isnt sync'd. check CI first
