    Release: co-nexx.us v0.1.0-alpha.20260811
co-nexx.us 0.1.0-alpha.20260811 — a feed that states its real audience

A private feed said PUBLIC. The composer showed an orange PUBLIC pill and asked
you to confirm "Posts are public and permanent" before every post; the thread
header read PUBLIC FEED; every post row ended in "· public". All three were
fixed strings rather than the feed's real level, so they were wrong in the same
direction on every private feed, and unfalsifiable. Each surface now states the
level it knows, and says nothing at all when the device cannot know it.

A picture you have downloaded opens fullscreen, with zoom, pan and Save. Until
now the only way to look at one properly was to save it and leave the app.

Scan QR is offered wherever there is a camera, not on phones alone — a desktop
had no way to take a long private-feed code off a phone screen.

A follow that fails says which part failed: a malformed code, a wrong password,
and an unrecognised kind of code no longer share one sentence. A copy that
fails says so instead of doing nothing quietly.

On Android, content no longer runs under the system navigation bar in either
orientation. Selecting several lines and tapping </> now produces a code block
instead of collapsing them onto one line. Your codename in the top bar and the
values in Settings use the width that is actually there.

Built against courier v0.25.1 (xxDK v4.8.5-courier.4) — the same engine as
    0.1.0-alpha.20260804. Everything above is app-side.

Four unsigned installers, unchanged in shape: Windows NSIS, Linux .deb, a
universal macOS .dmg, and an arm64 Android APK. iOS still ships nothing here.
The same build goes to Google Play as versionCode 2415, so the two channels
carry identical code and — sharing a signing key — update in place across each
    other.

Unsigned means each system will warn on first run about the missing signature,
not about the file. docs/unsigned-install.md walks through all four.

    Release: co-nexx.us v0.1.0-alpha.20260804
co-nexx.us 0.1.0-alpha.20260804 — a delete that reaches people who arrived late

Deleting a message for everyone now reaches members who joined the room after
it was posted. Before this, that delete could be lost and the message stayed
visible to them — a deletion that reported success and did not happen.

You can report a message, and block someone inside a room without leaving it.
A report carries the sender's codename, never a petname you gave them, and a
room block is local to that room and does not travel with an account export.

Four unsigned installers, unchanged in shape from 0.1.0-alpha.20260801:
Windows NSIS, Linux .deb, a universal macOS .dmg, and an arm64 Android APK.
    iOS still ships nothing here.

Built against courier v0.25.1 (xxDK v4.8.5-courier.4). The same engine is in
the Android bundle uploaded to Google Play as versionCode 2408, so the two
channels carry identical code and — sharing a signing key — update in place
    across each other.

Unsigned means each system will warn on first run about the missing signature,
not about the file. docs/unsigned-install.md walks through all four.
  • v0.1.0-alpha.20260801

    Release: co-nexx.us v0.1.0-alpha.20260801
co-nexx.us 0.1.0-alpha.20260801 — the first build offered to anyone but its author

Four unsigned installers: Windows NSIS, Linux .deb, a universal macOS .dmg that
runs on Intel as well as Apple Silicon, and an arm64 Android APK. Direct
messages, groups and feeds, routed through cMixx on the xx network mainnet.

Built against courier v0.24.0. Carries the BSD-2 attribution the forked xxDK
requires — 67 Go, 24 npm and 440 Cargo entries, 242 notices, reachable in the
app under Settings, About, Open source licences.

iOS ships nothing: no route hands a build to a stranger without a paid Apple
    developer account.

Unsigned means each system will warn on first run about the missing signature,
not about the file. docs/unsigned-install.md walks through all four.
