tweak: Removed Injector-Blocking for the majority of armors.

Details

Injector-Blocking properties removed from pretty much everything except Riot Gear. BLOCKSHARPOBJ was very suddenly, and randomly applied to a lot of armors, with incredible inconsistency. Things like the Spec Head-rag would block injectors, while biosuits wouldn't?
Some armors would block injector but other's don't. All in all, it was very clunky, didn't add anything, and felt like a bug.
