[Tweak] Hive weeds continue to live if a support structure exists and structures that require hive weeds can collapse when no more hive weed supporting it

tweak: Hive weeds now look for a supporting structure when their original parent node is destroyed

tweak: Structures that require hive weed on creation (special structures + nest) are destroyed if the hive weed is destroyed

Details

First change is just something that makes sense. if there are two pylons (or core + pylon) close to each other, some of the hive weeds of one pylon upon destruction can be maintained by the second if within range.

Second change is that it never really made sense how something that required hive weeds can continue to exist after the hive weed under it is gone.
