rscadd: Showcases and hydroponic trays are now deconstructable with unique steps. They give 5 metal each
rscadd: Deconstructing walls now gives you back some of the metal used. Still has to be 100% hp for it to be done.
rscadd: R-walls should do the same but 5 plasteel.
rscadd: Added 'tiny' 5 sheet stacks to plasteel/metal

Details
Added more deonstructable shit. Some of which were particularly annoying to deal with like showcases, since they were at the perfect position at big red tcomms to fuck with your line of fire when you make proper defenses there. They give a tiny 5 stack of metal each + plasteel rods if showcase, though its subject to change (please let me know if you want to make it 1 sheet instead of just closing the MR)
Walls now give a 5 stack of metal back when deconstructed since it takes decades to deconstruct + you lose a wall. Let me know if this should be changed.
Also sandbags, yeah. No more fighting with click delay + byond lag + ping to fill fucking sandbags ( though you can still do that if you like, we're waiting on a click delay fix for those cases ). The QoL that everyone wanted, but no one delivered is here.
