rscadd: Added a new gun stat that determines the amount of delay between each burst.
tweak: M41A MK1 can no longer attach suppressor
tweak: M41A MK1 can now attach mini flamer, mini extinguisher.
rscadd: M41A MK1 will upgrade all underbarrel attachment's ammo capacity.
rscadd: Upgraded UGL holds 5 rounds, Upgraded UBS holds 7 rounds, Upgrade mini flamer holds 40 tiles, Upgrade mini extinguisher hold 120u of water.
rscadd: UGL now unloads all grenades once detached.
rscadd: M41A MK1 normal non-ap magazine has been added, just for the backend right now.

Details
Meanwhile all underbarrel attachment automatically upgrades is meant to go along with it's bigger capacity ideology while being only a minor buff
Being able to refill MK1 mags with regular ammo will allow for better viability than just switching mags and be a great addition for the vendor rework
