[Bug] Canceling OT mine placement does not stop the mine from being armed
Description
If you place an OT mine, and then move so it doesn't get placed on the ground, the mine will still arm.
You can then place the OT mine in a backpack, suit slot armor, or whatever, and it will trigger when a xeno gets too close to you, acting as a suicide vest.
Difference between expected and actual behavior
Expected: Canceling OT mine placement cancels the placement and does not arm the mine
Actual: Canceling OT mine placement does not cancel arming the mine
Steps to reproduce
- Acquire OT mine
- Begin placing it like a regular claymore
- Move so it isn't placed
- Put the OT mine in your suit slot
- Walk next to a xeno
- Explode
