Include frontigrade commit hash in "about" dialog
Summary
As a customer diagnosing an issue, I want to know what version the front end is running so that I can provide helpful information to support.

Acceptance Criteria
-
Verify the "about" dialog includes the git revision for the currently-running frontend.
Assumptions and Questions
- For now, a commit hash/sha1 is good enough. If it's easy to get the current tag refname (e.g. "0.1.12"), consider adding that as another property.
- If a tag is available, put that in the "version" instead of the hash.
- See also: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/variables/#predefined-variables-environment-variables
- Regarding public docs, we are not explicitly explaining this yet, or this will later be rolled into a "troubleshooting" doc.
- We probably want manual testing for this from the QE side.
