PVR: Specify nonstandard port

In order to specify a nonstandard port a service will be listening on (for example sonarr) to connect to the api endpoint, adding ":PORT" seems like the only way to specify a port since it's otherwise unaddressed in the sample. There's no other documentation for how to do so. This results in a "parse" error for having a colon in the url path
