Add podman support

I've added podman support but there are a couple of things that I should change. In multimedia_support.py I've changed the path to the pulseaudio folders because Fedora creates them in another directory. I've removed the mock_check_docker from test_update.py because I think we don't have docker installed in the pipeline.
