Simplify rust build template

Simplify rust build template by removing code that copies a lot of data to the install directory. Depends on ut-app-meta-template!5 (merged).

Also fixes the cargo home caching hint being displayed various times (once per container command).

We should only merge this with the next major update as this will break apps that are based on the old template.
