Add possibility to make clearos panel full-width and have menu options expanded by default
The motivation is make good use of screen, using all available area to better display dashboard widgets and apps settings pages. The expanded menus helps on searching configuration by quick looking at the left or event using browser Ctrl+F. Any pixel can be useful to display info.
