New theme is not keyboard friendly (needed for graphical console)

The new theme is not keyboard friendly. When using the graphical console, it's not uncommon to do so without a mouse. Right now, it is very difficult to tell what buttons are highlighted when tabbing through the webconfig page.

Developer comment:
Need to check if the bug is still valid.
Bug will become obsolete if ClearOS uses Cockpit in 8.x
