Quickcut fails to save to eCryptFS encrypted file systems when webpage title is too long

Many GNU/Linux systems are encrypted with eCryptFS. Quickcut fails to save to them when the webpage title is too long.

Consider this page, for example:

https://www.quora.com/Why-is-OOP-no-longer-as-popular-and-widely-used-among-great-programmers-as-it-promised-to-be-Is-functional-programming-just-program-as-you-go-without-any-planning-I-have-always-thought-that-the-SOLID-and-GRASP

I've found pages that state that the file name length limit is 143B. (The first and last link below.)

Would it be too much trouble to address this?
