The kernel-ark redhat/configs directories named 'ark' and 'pending-ark' have always been the RHEL config dirs but were named 'ark'. This has caused no end of confusion. Fix this by renaming the ark and pending-ark directories to rhel and pending-rhel. Signed-off-by:
