RFE: qe-pipeline: Show variant in downstream pipelines titles

e.g. https://gitlab.com/redhat/red-hat-ci-tools/kernel/qe-pipelines/kernel-ci-pipelines/-/pipelines/2013590821

All downstream pipelines are named definitions/rhel9/9.6/schedules/kernel-gate.yml - runners/runner-kpet.yml. And the variant is hidden in the "created by" metadata.

The titles could be improved into something like

rhel9/9.6 - kernel-rt-debug-x86_64
