automotive: only test boot test for MRs

For automotive kernels, during CentOS/RHEL MR testing, CKI should only test if the kernel can boot.

This should be done using CentOS/RHEL compose and tested in a VM.

More comprehensive test will be done by the automotive team using proper hardware later on.

AI:

• Update kpet-db so autosd and rhivos trees only have 1 simple test enabled and this test runs on VM. (we need 1 test enabled so kpet generate a beaker xml that includes the boot test)
