RFE: Improve Pipeline outputs
When landing on the check-kernel-results ouput you don't really get much information about the MR you are looking at, and its rather confusing to get back to the MR you started at. There is also a lot of noise produced that is useless to the user.
An ideal output would look something more like this:
MR Name: Proactive fixes for MM SST (el8)
MR Link: https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel/src/kernel/rhel-8/-/merge_requests/5459
Tree: RHEL8
Branch: Main
JIRA: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-5620
Hi, we tested your kernel and here are the failures:
x86_64 - Libhugetlbfs - version 2.2.1 test:
Issue: Libhugetlbfs - [ FAIL ] :: Command 'grep "2M: 64" /mnt/testarea/func.log
https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/tests/kernel/kernel-tests/-/issues/556
Logs: https://datawarehouse.cki-project.org/kcidb/tests/9898283
Note: Any of these might not be a regression and/or we might have mistakenly thought this issue to be fixed.
If it is not a regression, please ask the test maintainer to reopen the issue and untag the regression from this execution.

If you find a failure unrelated to your changes, please ask the test maintainer to review it.
This will prevent the failures from being incorrectly reported in the future.
