Publish vmcore via DataWarehouse
At the moment, vmcores are stored on kdump.usersys.redhat.com
for all pipelines. For example, if there is a panic it saves to a path like:
/kdumproot/var/crash//noowner/4.18.0-420.el8.aarch64/nojobid/ampere-mtsnow-altramax-08.khw4.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/10.19.242.47-2018-06-22-07:12:01/
that is available on http://kdump.usersys.redhat.com/vmcore/noowner/4.18.0-420.el8.aarch64/nojobid/ampere-mtsnow-altramax-08.khw4.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/10.19.242.47-2018-06-22-07:12:01/
This location is
- not accessible outside RH
- not easily discoverable without referring to log files
AC: clean up vmcore handling so they
- follow the normal visibility rules for artifacts, i.e. vmcores for public pipelines are public and vmcores for internal pipelines are internal, e.g. by copying them to the appropriate DW artifact S3 storage bucket
- vmcores are visible in the DW web UI
