Automotive ARK pipeline is not building correct list of RPM files

Kernel ark pipeline for automotive triggered QE-Pipeline against AutoSD10, the pipeline failed because of failed kernel instillation. Investigating further I found that it seams like the pipeline isn't building all of the Automotive kernel RPM's in the ark pipeline.
