Resolve AutoSD10 kernel-automotive install failures on cki qe-piplines

cki pipelines build and install the respective MR kernel packages, autosd10/rhvios-2 qemu images are running ukiboot.
currently we are missing dependencies to successfully install kernel packages and update the bootloader
there seams to be a bug in the bootloader update script
this blocks cki cs10 MR qe testing pipelines against automotive kernel
