OnionPaper: Add PlayerMoveAcrossBlockEvent
It only triggers when player.from.block != player.to.block
This would make it a little easier to write my kind of playermoveevent. I haven't written a PME that doesn't check the block boundries in ages. Also, if you move just right I think you can cross a block boundry with normal PlayerMoveEvent without triggering the event, because it doesn't fire for every single packet.
