BassChin: Spawning an Iron Golem in a Sanctuary makes it protect things in the Sanctuary

• An Iron Golem won't pathfind outside of a Sanctuary
• Breaking a hostile reinforcement near a Sanctuary Iron Golem will cause it to become hostile, unless you have permissions on the Sanctuary
• (maybe) Attacking a player with permissions on the Sanctuary as a player without permissions will cause any nearby Sanctuary Iron Golems to become hostile
