Add page numbers to the test results (.pdf)

Issue Background

During the CIP workshop, one person spotted that in one of the test examples we are referring to "check page 24", but the .pdf document does not have page numbres

Issue description

Add page numbers to the .pdf results

Acceptance criteria

@toscalix will download the document and confirm it includes the page numbers.
