Upload a new provisioned box with latest code changes to AWS

Issue Background

The downloadable one in AWS is v1.0 without recent changes including the Renesas board support

Issue description

A provisioned box must be uploaded with signature files and the wiki updated.

Acceptance criteria

• the files are uploaded
• the wiki has been updated
