Expand the final output from create_test.sh

Issue Background

create_test.sh at the end outputs 'now run lava-tool submit-job http://lavauser@localhost:8080/RPC2 outputFile this may be not the correct command.

Issue description

import_test.sh can be used either to generate a health check or a test after that. The output should be expanded to cocver both eventualities. It might also be good if the script could check if an authentication token has been generated as the output from lava-tool if it doesn't find one is not easy to understand.

Acceptance criteria

When the final output from create_test.sh is more helpful.
