Update wiki with new installation instructions once the setup uses a private network

Issue Background

The existing wiki instructs the user to edit (via sed) mybbb.dat an install it. Once #159 (closed) is resolved this will no longer be necessary

Issue description

There will however need to be documentation on the private IP selected and where and when(before provisioning) to change it if there's a clash with local DHCP settings

Acceptance criteria

When the wiki reflects the new use of a private IP for connecting to the DUT via USB
