Provide support for additional network interface in vagrantfile

Issue Background

Some networks do not allow a VM /host to serve dhcp requests. This ticket is based on @wagi mail sent to cip-dev mailing list.

See whether it is possible in Vagrant to add an additional network interface so that DHCP stays away from the general network.
