Sometimes the bbb health check fails
Issue Background
On health check get
send-reboot-commands timed out after 119 seconds end: 2.4.1.1 send-reboot-commands (duration 00:01:59)
even though the BBB responds to a manual telnet
Issue description
In this case a reboot of the BBB should fix it
