Point the configurations files to pull out the code from the gitlab repos instead of the upstream repositories directly (Github)

Issue Background

There are configuration files that points to github repos(upstream) instead of our gitlab repositories where we can control things like licenses description etc. This task is left to be done after the release of the v1.0

Issue description

Modify the configuration files so they point to our gitlab repositories instead. The files that need to be changed are:

• install_backend.sh
• install_frontend.sh

Acceptance criteria

• install_backend.sh changed: link
• install_frontend.sh changed: link
