Define the next release schedule

Issue Background

Now that LAVA has been updated and there are only a few minor issues left, we can start thinkinng about the release schedule

Issue description

Define a B@D release schedule considering:

• ELCE
• Vacation times
• Features left: Renesas support
• Create the release check list with tasks.

Acceptance criteria

• Add to the management page diagram the release date.
• Task that describes the release process: #141 (closed)
• Communicate the tentative release schedule to the cip-dev mailing list.
