B@D at the ELCE Technical showcase: preparation

Issue Background

Instead of showing B@D at the CIP booth, which will consume a lot of time and the set up is not fancy at all, the idea could be to show B@D at the technical showcase.

Issue description

• Evaluate the possibility of showing B@D at the ELCE technical showcase
• Present the proposal before September 15, 2016
• Prepare a poster and send the data (IN PDF FORMAT!) to the demonstration coordinator by September 29. It will be printed out by the conference organizers on A2 size paper. Prepare your demonstration equipment. We can bring the equipment yourself, or ship it. Please request shipping information if you need to send something directly to the venue.
• Prepare the script of the show.
• List of materials required including if they will be carried by us, shipped or bought there.
