BeagleBone Black self test fails due to missing files on linaro.org

Issue Background

The self test file references various external URLs, such as the following which are needed to bring up the workable image: Invalid job definition Invalid job data: ["Resources not available at 'http://snapshots.linaro.org/components/lava/standard/debian/jessie/armhf/4/initramfs.cpio.gz'", "Resources not available at 'http://snapshots.linaro.org/components/lava/standard/debian/jessie/armhf/4/vmlinuz'", "Resources not available at 'http://snapshots.linaro.org/components/lava/standard/debian/jessie/armhf/4/dtbs/am335x-boneblack.dtb'", "Resources not available at 'http://snapshots.linaro.org/components/lava/standard/debian/jessie/armhf/4/modules.tar.gz'"]

Issue description

Linaro.org seems to be having server issues. So the files can not be obtained, and the test can not run through.

Acceptance criteria

Test will run again.
