B@D 101 training session
Issue Background
In order to increase the number of users of B@D a 101 training session will be developed as a f2f activity.
Issue description
B@D 101 f2f training session design:

Define date and time slot for the training session -
Does the room meet the minimum requirements for the training session? -
Create pre-requisites list for the training session? -
Create a proposal including goal, description, pre-requisites, date, time and other conditions and considerations. -
Communicate the proposal -
Get approval -
Publish the training activity -
Promote it
Training session preparation:

Prepare the required software -
Provide kernel support for the Renesas Board -
Support the new Renesas board on LAVA -
Route internet access of the board through the laptop

Prepare the hardware required -
Buy a BBB so we have two, one for the testing and another one to prepare the training session. -
Buy 10 USB sticks 3.0 -
Buy serial cables for the Renesas board and a couple for the BBB in case they are needed for the session. -
Get 10 RJ45 cables -
Get power strips for 20 connections, 10 for the laptop and 10 for the boards

Documentation:

Create a list of pre-requisites of the training session in the wiki (training session section). -
Send a mail to the cip-dev mailing list announcing the pre-requisites. -
Create the script of the training session in wiki format -
Publish it in the CIP training session page -
Create a presentation with the links and material that needs to be explained to students based on the default presentation

Execute the training session
Training session evaluation:

Publish the summary and impressions of the training session.

Get approval from CIP and the LF for the training session. -
