Investigate issues related to a lava upgrade

Issue Background

B@D is using a 2016 release of LAVAv2 and this is now rather out of date

Issue description

There's some features and bug fixes (see #84 (closed) ) in the latest release that it would be good to have.

Acceptance criteria

Either upgrade performed or blocking issues identified

• Merge request needed for integration script changes
• Merge request approved and merged
• modify the wiki for the different command to modify the device dictionary (need that for the ip address), also note the necessary reboot.
• change the diagram on features page for the lava version (and the list of version numbers)
