kernelci-frontend-config is missing from the download page

Issue Background

The source for kernelci-frontend-config is not on the download page for v0.9.1

Issue description

• Add the kernelci-frontend-config sources to the download page.
• Mentio this repository in the table of the feature page.
• Add kernelci-frontend-config to the block diagram of the feature page.
