Build artifacts referenced in the Beaglebone black health check are no longer accessible
Issue Background
The provisioned box and the vagrant install reference an initramfs file and other artifacts on the linaro website which have moved
Issue description
The tests/bbb_debian_ramdisk_test.yaml reference http://snapshots.linaro.org/components/lava/standard/debian/jessie/armhf/4/vmlinuz and other files in that location which have now moved. The inaccessibility of these files causes the default BBB health check to fail immediately. The health check for BBB has a number of other linaro references which also will now fail - I've been using my locally built BBB files so I only get the one failure
Acceptance criteria

We need to either have our own built initramfs or have a copy of this in the vm in a location which doesn't break.
We also need to release new versions of b@
d - 0.9.2 - which fix this issue as well as exploring automating the deployment of the vagrant box and its associated sources. - replaced by -
-
We need to add a fixed tests download to the download page with instructions on how to apply it to the running VM -
The example output for tests 2,4&5 on the wiki will also need changing -
The pdf attached example output will also need changing (and converted to a snippet) -
bbb_debian_local.yaml also requires amendment to use the local initramfs
