Emailing LAVA Results to Mailing List

Issue Background

We are establishing a Mailing List specifically for CIP Testing and we want the results sent to this ML.

Issue description

Setup LAVA to email the results of a test to a pre-determined mailing list.

This task is blocked by #100 (closed)

Acceptance criteria

This issue will be complete when, after a test is executed, the results are (automatically?) emailed to the Mailing List.
