New repositories and mailing list for Action 2

Issue Background

In order to start working on Action 2 we will need a new mailing list and two new repositories.

Issue description

• New mailing list to publish test results.
  • The proposed name is cip-testing-results@lists.cip-project.org
• New repository to manage tests.
• New repository to manage logs.
• New repository to mirror kernelci-frontend-config

Acceptance criteria

• Link to the new mailing list: https://lists.cip-project.org/mailman/listinfo/cip-testing-results
• Link to the new repository in Gitlab to manage tests
  • Test from third party projects: https://gitlab.com/cip-project/cip-testing/imported-kernel-tests
  • Test developed by the CIP project: https://gitlab.com/cip-project/cip-kernel-tests
