B @ D release v0.9: download service: add new folder

Issue Background

For each release we will require a new folder in the S3 service. BAsed on #37 (closed), we need to created a new one for the 0.9.1 release.

Issue description

• Create a new folder and subfolders following the same structure as now updating the version number, in this case to 0.9.1
• Decide what to do with the previous version
  • If it will be erased (minor versions) make a call among Members in case any of the is using this version to perform the tests on a commercial released kernel/system.
