Release evaluation

Issue Background

After #37 (closed) is done, that is after the v09 box is released, this task begins. The release and the impact should be tracked so we can evaluate problems and improvements

Issue description

• Create a wiki page to track the release impact
• Create a Release howto wiki page describing the processes followed and the steps to improve it.

This task is related with #68 (closed).
