Change the tag in B @ D repo

Issue Background

There is a current tag called 0.9

Issue description

• It should be changed to 0.9.1 before Gold Master is declared.
• Every release of a VM the tag should be changed according with the nomenclature defined in #68 (closed).

Acceptance criteria

• Link to the correct tag
