Version numbers of software in wiki incorrect

Issue Background

A various points in the wiki software versions are mentioned which are incorrect

https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/civilinfrastructureplatform/beagleboneblackboard has a log of a beagle bone boot with a version which doesn't reflect that of the test in the git repos - this section will probably be removed so this will resolve then. https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/civilinfrastructureplatform/ciptestingboardatdesksingledevsetup has version numbers on the prerequisite software which are incorrect (earlier versions work)

Either remove the stated restrictions or give a more accurate account of necessary version numbers
