the kernelci webserver will no longer display builds that have been performed

Issue Background

Probably due the chenges in kernelci-backend the webserver is looking in the wrong place

Issue description

This is likely to also affect the retrieval of build results via the webserver from test scripts

Acceptance criteria

When http://localhost:5000 server will display builds that have been performed
