v0.9 release: Technical documentation

Issue Background

The technical documentation was developed for the v0.9 beta release. It needs to be updated.

Issue description

Wiki pages

The wiki pages that describes the technical documentation are the following:

• Deploy B@D: there are 2 deployment options, Vagrant and the box.
• Configure B@D: this page is independent of the deployment method
• Connect the board to the VM
• Reference test cases to learn how to test
• Known issues and trobleshooting wiki page

Tasks

• Update the documentation for the v0.9 stable release
• Include a reference to the version of the release the documentation is for, in this case, v0.9
• We need to make clear which documentation refers to Vagrant and which one is referred to the VM.
• Introduce the following change in the Action 2 description
  • Once the VM to Now that the VM Modify the links to the new repo location in each technical documentation wiki page. Modify the documentation of ser2net according to #93 (closed)
