The version of lava now installed is 2017.7 this breaks configure_lava.sh

Issue Background

When provisioning the vagrant box version 2017.7 of lava-server/lava is installed this doesn't work with our configure script and the provisioning fails with no devices or device types

Acceptance criteria

When either the configure script works with 2017.7 or we retrieve the 2016 version of lava that was used before
