When running configure_lava.sh there is no message confirming that all went fine

Issue Background

When new users run configure_lava.sh they do not know what to expect since there is no message pointing that the script ran successfully

Issue description

Create a message in configure_lava.sh that, when the script run successfully, tells the user about it and provide a hint of what to do next, or a link. There's also no example output for the virtual machine launch on the wiki it would be helpful to show a successful vagrant up (in the build from scratch) so that users know it's ok.

• Link on the wiki to the output from vagrant up which is placed in /cip-testing/CIP-kernel-test-logs/blob/
