Rationale

Previously we had to edit mybbb.dat if the host IP changed and copy it into the /etc device dictionary area. With this change it will no longer be necessary. We will need a wiki change to explain this and not that the user needs to amend things if they're using 192.168.22.0 addresses. (that IP chosen arbitrarily).
