Update to stretch

Rationale

Rather than using testing we need to move to debian stretch so that older lava versions can be installed safely

importbox.sh still has a reference to debian/jessie64 which I'm guesisng should be updated.

Also, could you could delete the commented-out lines adding APT sources for jessie/jessie-backports?

I'm struggling to track down the original reason for 'libgnutls-deb0-28' removal (the blame commit is vague), but as the package version is not in stretch then removing the removal seems viable.

I've taken on both of the @bwh-ct suggestions - new push to follow
