Clean a branch relevant to SWUpdate on isar-cip-core

Background

• Current branch relevant to SWUpdate on isar-cip-core is not clear because it includes some temporary commits.

Description

• Clean the branch and continue to integrate the software update mechanism into isar-cip-core on a new branch.

Goal

• Clean stormc/swupdate branch
• Make a new branch from stormc/swupdate branch and apply temporary commit to the new branch
• Rebase the new branch to the master branch
